Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join an experienced Obstetrics/Gynecology practice serving the beautiful community of Santa Rosa, California. While this role is primarily based out of Santa Rosa, periodic work at the OB/GYN Petaluma clinic can be expected as well. You will be working in our outpatient clinic, in addition to rotational hospital call. You will have your own patient panel while working with both high and low risk patients. The clinic is located directly on a hospital campus, providing you with access to a wealth of resources including a lab, x-ray, ultrasound and fetal monitoring as well as being within close proximity of other departments such as Pediatrics, Cardiology, GI and more. This is an opportunity to join an exceptional OB/GYN group while enjoying a balanced schedule in northern California. * Monday to Friday schedule; 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Based in Santa Rosa with occasional work at the Petaluma OB/GYN clinic * Outpatient care including procedures, pap smears, well women exams and prenatal checks * Inpatient rotational coverage as scheduled * Strong and supportive team environment * Onsite resources including x-ray, lab, ultrasound and much more * At least 1 year of previous experience required * Compensation is between $174,432 and $235,535 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
