Trinity Health at Home has a need for a Certified Nursing Assistant based out of our Montgomery County branch in Blue Bell. This position will provide personal care to our patients in the Western Montgomery County/and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include: assisting the sick, disabled, and infirm at home by rendering personal care, light housekeeping, and related services necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements include: High School education or equivalent GED, with active CNA licensure in PA. Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from patient's home daily.
