I have been an employee with CentraCare-Monticello for approximately 10 years.  I tried travel nursing for a little bit and couldn't wait to come back! I missed my co-workers and the awesome teamwork that we have here, it's like one big work family!  We have each other's back and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand if needed. I also get a lot of good compliments from the patients how they like the staff here and everyone is so nice. That is very rewarding and nice to hear. This is the place where I belong, this is the place where I want to stay and retire from.  – Eija, Nursing Assistant
