New Shift Options! Baylor Shift – CNAs will work 2 shifts (16 hours) every weekend and get paid for full-time (37.5 hours per/week). Limited Part-Time shift – work every other weekend – total commitment 15 hours in a 2 week period. Limited part-time staff are eligible to pick up extra shifts and earn bonus pay. There is no limit to the amount of shifts you can pick up and any shift differentials will be added as well. Our CNAs provide support for the retired volunteer NYS firefighters in our care. CNA duties include providing physical support to assist members in performing daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising.
