What You'll Do as a CNA:\n
As a Full-Time CNA at Pheasant Ridge, you'll play an essential role in our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nAssisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding\nMonitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient health\nProviding companionship and support to residents and their families\nEnsuring that the highest level of care is delivered in a safe, dignified, and respectful manner\n\n
This position follows a 12-hour Master Schedule with rotating weekends, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with residents and families. The schedule is designed to offer a healthy work-life balance while maintaining excellent standards of care.\n
What We're Looking for in You:\n
To be successful in this role, you should bring:\n\nA valid CNA license in the State of Virginia\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members\nA compassionate, patient-centered approach to care\nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills\nA passion for helping others and a genuine interest in senior care\nFamiliarity with basic healthcare software and documentation tools is a plus\n\n
