Community Care Center is a large inner-city skilled nursing (medical) facility.  We have multiple levels of care, including geriatric long term care and a large behavioral health (psych) population.   

The average age of our patients is mid-40sAlong with our medical/skilled patients, the most common diagnoses of the rest of our population is schizophrenia, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.The Staff and patients are welcoming and say hello as you walk through the hallways.We are located near W 43 ST & State Street, just off 90/94 and a few blocks from the train station.We can help you make your job into a career – ask us about educational assistance.

Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): officially we title this job a Certified Nursing Assistant, but in other centers it may be called a CNA or Certified Nurse Aide.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Some times called a Certified Nurse (or Nurse’s) Assistant or Aide.

What we need from you:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in ILPrior experience in a hospital or short-term rehab unit within a skilled nursing facility is ideal, but new grads are welcomeElectronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful
