The medical management of our Observation Patients is that all tests and procedures are completed within 24 hours which is what creates such a fast-paced environment. The most enjoyable part of the job of caring for Observation Patients is that most patients are ambulatory and independent or with minimum assistance. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: + High School Diploma or Equivalent; or, be of at least 16 years of age with an active C.N.A. certification. + Good verbal communication skills + Must be one of the following: (N/A for PCA, SNA or PCT) + C.N.A + PCA, SNA- Must have completed one of the following: + Patient Care Experience + Completed a C.N.A.
