Requirements + Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs + Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed + Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition + Complete required documentation in a timely manner + Assist in transporting residents as needed + Provide companionship to residents + Ensure the safety of our residents + Assist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engaged + Maintain a clean and healthy environment Benefits Culture makes all the difference in an organization.
