NIGHT SHIFT
(Rotating 8 hour & 12 hour shifts w/ weekend rotation)

Responsibilities:

Accurately document in medical records and respond to emergent situations within the CNA scope. Support unit activities like answering calls, passing meal trays, and transporting residents. Provide direct resident care (bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.) as directed by RN/LPN, maintaining a safe, organized environment. Manage supplies and equipment to facilitate resident care, including setting up care equipment, stocking, and assisting with nourishment. Conduct routine tests, such as taking resident weights and vital signs, and report changes in resident status to RN/LPN. Actively support department improvements, assume responsibility for assignments, and maintain professional communication and relationships.
