This individual would work 15 hours in Cortland County and 15 hours in Madison County. SUMMARY:Provide services under the direct supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Assist in providing occupational therapy for individuals evaluated by the occupational therapist and in conjunction with OT treatment plan + Follow the treatment plan established by the OT and approved by individual's physician + Work in conjunction with the individual's physician and therapist in course of treatment. + Educate/train ancillary staff members on treatment plan + Completes all necessary documentation and billing forms on a daily basis as required. + Provides therapy in functional, prevocational, vocational, homemaking skills, and activities of daily living.
