A Day in the Life of a Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantAs a COTA, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following treatment plans based on each client’s plan of care. This role offers opportunities to work with both pediatric and adult clients. You have the flexibility to control your schedule and coordinate directly with your clients to perform services. COTAs who enjoy creative, home-based care and thrive in diverse environments will excel in this position.
