The staff Occupational Therapist Assistant in the Home Health program provides for routine occupational therapy needs of patients under the Occupational Therapy plan of care. The Assistant will carry out the program as thoroughly and effectively as possible under the guidance and delegation of the Occupational Therapist. The Assistant reports to the Manager of Home Health.

Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
