Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - SCS Home Health

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Possible Service Locations: Central/Mid-County Teams. Areas include Columbia City, Beacon Hill, West Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton. Travel to other parts of King County as needed.

Occupational Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited COTA program. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred qualifications:

1 year of Therapy experience in home care or in related rehabilitation setting. Experience with the geriatric population.
