Required Qualifications:

Graduate from an associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant, or equivalent education/experience Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License OR Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit OR Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year clinical experience with physical disabilities
