Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Allentown: + The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers. + Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program. + Successfully completed fieldwork requirements; current licensure in Pennsylvania; CPR certified. + Through knowledge of Principles and Practice of Occupational Therapy; effectiveness in assessing resident needs and in providing care and support to a geriatric population on an in or outpatient basis under the direction of OTR/L.
