Job Description

Assist in providing occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist Help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence in daily activities Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and progress Follow and modify treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist Document patient sessions and maintain accurate records Supervise therapy technicians and support staff Engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts

Qualifications

Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Wyoming or ability to obtain Understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
