Position Summary: The Certified Peer Support Specialist provides support to youth and adults experiencing mental health and substance use needs. The Certified Peer Support Specialist is responsible for educating, mentoring, and supporting those enrolled in the program through personal lived experience. The objective of the Certified Peer Support Specialist is to promote wellness, purpose in life, develop relationships, and provide insight necessary to move forward in the recovery process. 


The position must have formal training in the peer specialist model of support and pass the State of Wisconsin certification exam prior to hire.
Details Where: Milwaukee, WI What: Certified Peer Support Specialist Start date: 03/2025 Length of Contract: 6 months Local pay: $18-24/hr Shift: Days or Nights Hours: 40

Minimum Requirements:
