Responsibilities + Calling patients for assessment calls and lab assistance + Answering patient questions and updating prescription information over the phone + Performing data entry tasks + Executing the responsibilities of an IV Pharmacy Technician as needed Essential Skills + PTCB Certification + State of Tennessee Pharmacy License + Customer service experience + Data entry and order entry skills + Experience with pharmacy support and customer support + Computer proficiency + Infusion knowledge Work Environment + The work environment includes hours from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to stay later some days due to current volume. + There is a discussion on a staggered shift, with rotating on-call duties once a month. + The pharmacy is a closed-door facility and focuses on providing a good work-life balance. + The facility is only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shift + 8:30am-5:00pm / Monday - Friday + some Saturdays as needed! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
