Job Title: Customer Service Pharmacy Technician Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Telehealth Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting faxes, e-scripts, verbal, and written prescription orders, inputting information into the LifeFile System, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. This role involves processing refill requests from patients and doctors' offices, calling patients about new prescriptions and IVR requests, and contacting doctors for refill requests. Responsibilities + Interpret faxes, e-scripts, verbal, and written prescription orders. + Input all information into the LifeFile System. + Answer patient phone calls and provide excellent customer service. + Process refill requests from patients and doctors' offices. + Call patients about new prescriptions and IVR requests. + Contact doctors for refill requests. Essential Skills + Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). + Experience in customer service. + Proficiency in data entry and computer skills. + Knowledge of pharmacy operations. + Experience in a call center environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + PCTB certification. + Compounding experience. Work Environment This position operates in a call center environment, receiving 700-900 calls per day. The work is primarily phone-based, with 99% of the time spent talking to patients, customers, and doctors' offices. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The team consists of 15 people, with about 6 people on the phone at any given time. The work environment includes a break room with coffee and tea, and access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
