We're seeking a Scrum Master with Salesforce experience. You will leverage your expertise to lead Agile problems at the level team for multiple teams, coach teams across the organization and drive the end-to end software development lifecycle for products and services to the government customer
Responsibilities:
Drive the Salesforce scrum team and mentor members on Agile and Scrum principles, values, and practices, driving towards a goal of a continuous improvement mindsetRecommend adjustments to established delivery practices.Acts as a servant leader and aids with the resolution of blocking impedimentsFosters team collaboration and self-organization.Identifies differences in understanding issues as they occur; works with the team to problem solve or escalate to management if neededFacilitates Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives, and other related team and cross-team meetings. Assists in facilitating Sprint Demos. Participates in Scrum of ScrumsUtilizes tools and reports, such as JIRA and Confluence, to collect, develop and analyze Agile data and metrics, managing progress daily. Maintains information radiators and tracks metrics for the teams, including velocity and burndown charts to drive team improvementWork with Product, UX and Engineering in driving stories and designs to a ready state in preparation for salesforceEnsures that the team has a clear and common understanding of the work that needs to be done, and that the work items reflect this understandingRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of FIVE (5) years applicable related experience managing scrum teamsMinimum Degree required: Bachelor’s degreeActive Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certificationTechnical background with exposure to SalesforceExperience as a Scrum Master within a software development environmentExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience with Atlassian Jira/ConfluenceExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; residing in the United StatesDesired Qualifications:
Active Salesforce Admin Certification, Salesforce Service Cloud Certification or Sales Cloud CertificationHealth Care Industry and/or CMS experienceExperience on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)Well versed in a variety of Agile approaches (SAFe, Scrum/LeSS, Kanban)Some knowledge of development environments, platforms, and technologies including Salesforce, Java, general web development and cloud technologyExperience with software DevSecOps/DevOps pipeline processes and toolsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authorityWorks well as a team member in a fast-paced and often time-sensitive environmentThe annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
