Job Summary Allied health professionals employed by member of the Medical Staff as OR Technicians do not function independently and are continually under direct supervision of the supervising staff member while in the Hospital. Qualifications Required Education: High school diploma. Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program. Requires ability to read, write and speak English. Required Licensure / Certifications: Certified Surgical Tech (CST) AND Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA) by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required.
