individual is responsible for clinical leadership and maintenance of designated CESI simulation programs working collaboratively with the simulation technicians and internal external customers to ensure consistency continuity and cost effectiveness across the continuum The educational programs will provide an optimal learning experience that promotes high standards of clinical care advocating patient safety teamwork and professional practiceResponsible for supporting CESI simulation training and education including BLS and ACLS classes to ensure individual practitioner competence and program compliance with accreditation standards Reports directly to the CESI Simulation ManagerJob Responsibilities Instruction of Simulation Programso Deliver simulation instruction within their scope of medical knowledge ensuring a detailed understanding of the course objectiveso Lead debriefing sessions after simulation scenarios providing a supportive learning environmento Identify learners facing difficulties and provide assistance or constructive feedback as neededo Collect reliable data to evaluate learner performance through observational ratings and formal assessment tools or checklists Additional Dutieso Set up and break down simulation equipment including simulators training models and audio visual systemso Troubleshoot simulation technology and audio visual equipment to ensure smooth course delivery and demonstrate operation of equipmento Manage inventory and equipment ensuring necessary resupplyo Schedule organize and maintain the simulation spaceo Support daily simulation center activities and provide program support as neededo Support community outreach programs such as National Guard and Boy Scouts and conduct facility tourso Ensure the CESI facility remains clean safe and conducive to learningo Take responsibility for personal and professional growth within the field through both formal and informal developmento Develop SMART goals attend publication and journal review meetings Interaction and Collaborationo Serve as a representative of CESI interacting regularly with faculty staff students and the publico Train internal and external customers on patient management including topics such as cardiac arrhythmias and airway managemento Plan develop implement and support educational and research activities in the center and stay informed about changes to program requirementso Provide expertise in the operation troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of simulation and audio visual equipmento Implement solutions to enhance
