Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesProvide technical direction in the design, product support and repair development for HPC componentsEstablish priorities and make commitments for fleet responsiveness and support, repair executionEstablish strong communication with Supply Chain and Project regarding HPC executionDrive services cost productivity utilizing digital tools and analyticsSupport root cause investigation of hardware returned from the field and deliver findings with recommendations for the business and customersParticipate in creating a technical development plan for multi-disciplinary engineersCoach and give feedback to LCE engineers to help them develop professionallyProvide leadership in establishing strategies to use analytics and digital tools to simplify the tasks required to support this hardware

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Chemistry from an accredited college or university.Minimum 5 years engineering experience.Ability to work on site in Ohio, USA. Or Warsaw Poland.
