Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO in the Real Estate industry, located in Sacramento, California. The CFO will be instrumental in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring the smooth running of accounting functions, and making strategic financial decisions. Responsibilities: • Oversee the management of all financial operations within the organization. • Develop and implement strategies for capital management and cash flow analysis. • Utilize CRM and Business systems for efficient financial management and decision making. • Lead auditing processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. • Handle budget processes, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met. • Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs and improve financial performance. • Work closely with other senior executives to drive growth and seek improvements in operational processes. • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in the real estate industry and changes in business practices and laws. • Collaborate with external auditors and manage internal controls. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO in the Service industry. • Deep understanding of 'Accounting Functions', 'Auditing', 'Budget Processes', 'Capital Management', and 'Cash Flow Analysis' is essential. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to direct and control the company’s financial processes and operations. • Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management. • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability through careful strategic planning and execution. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality. • Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and create trust among various stakeholders. • Proven experience in financial risk management.
