Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred). Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in construction or related industries. Deep expertise in accounting, auditing, and taxation with a proven ability to manage complex financial structures. Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with experience working with senior management.
