Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO in Pasadena, California. This role is in the non-profit sector and involves overseeing the organization's financial and business operations. The CFO will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial planning, human resources, and business processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee the overall financial management and accounting functions of the organization • Utilize financial software packages and computer-based networks for efficient financial operations • Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with the organization's goals • Administer human resources and business processes to enhance operational efficiency • Employ excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication within the organization • Analyze problems and develop innovative solutions that align with organizational objectives • Manage auditing and budget processes to ensure financial stability • Oversee the month-end close and preparation of monthly financial statements • Administer 403B Plans as part of the organization's benefits package.
