Description Our client, a rapidly growing organization in the Renewable Energy sector, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join their leadership team. This role is perfect for a financial expert with operational experience and a passion for sustainable growth. Responsibilities of this position will include: - Lead all financial aspects, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management - Provide leadership and oversight to the accounting team - Develop and implement project finance strategies, fundraising, and investment returns analyses - Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Drive the development of internal controls and support accounting system transitions - Manage investor relations activities - Collaborate with holding company on select financial projects For immediate consideration please email resume to Ronny.Cohen@roberthalf.
