Description Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is in search of an experience CFO in the non-profit sector. In this highly strategic role, you will manage an operating budget of $60M heavily funded by state and federal grants. The CFO manages a team of 15-20 accounting and finance professionals and is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role CFO within the non-profit industry • Experience with federal and government grants, including grant accounting, administration, and management required • Proven experience in auditing and budget processes. • Expertise in capital management and cash flow analysis • Detailed knowledge of fund accounting specific to non-profit organizations • Comprehensive understanding of non-profit accounting principles • Capability to handle fund administration and fund allocation tasks • Familiarity with health care audits, specifically in Medicare and Medicaid • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Risk Adjustment • Experience in managing treasury activities • Understanding of banking compliance regulations and requirements Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
