Description Jamie Benway with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a CFO to join our team in PORTLAND, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, strategy development, and financial management. You will also oversee risk management and compliance, as well as technology management and integration. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the organization's overall strategy • Analyze investment opportunities and manage budgets to promote growth • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and provide insights • Evaluate potential growth and investment opportunities to increase the value of the organization • Manage capital requirements and assess deal structures for new initiatives • Standardize accounting processes and systems to enhance financial efficiency • Manage working capital and cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity • Oversee fiscal functions and activities, including compliance, financial reporting, and relationship management • Monitor legal, tax, and policy changes to protect the financial health of the organization • Identify and implement advancements in construction technology and innovation • Manage the implementation of all technology and innovation initiatives. CPA preferred. • Proven experience as a CFO or similar leadership role in the financial sector is required. • Advanced construction required. • Proficient in Capital Management and Cash Flow Analysis. • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. • Proficiency in using financial software and databases. • Ability to strategize and solve problems promptly. • Exceptional leadership and management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. • Ability to create forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
