You’ll make an impact by • Act as trusted business partner to the Business Unit (BU) and/or Operating Companies (OC), enforce full compliance with accounting related laws, regulations and Siemens’ Financial Reporting Guideline (FRG) and guide by the principles of quality, timely delivery, transparency for decision making and cost/benefit considerations. • Overall responsibility for accounting governance of Siemens companies ; • ICFR Support certifiers and sign HBI annual report for OC. • Coordinate the whole process of for both group reporting audit (IFRS GAAP) and local statutory audit (PRC GAAP) for assigned BUs and OCs • Align overall goals on function tasks with OCs’ CFO; give orders/ delegate work to Head of Finance (HOF) • Functional manager to OCs’ HoF; lead HoF to ensure timely completion and quality of accounting related work. • Involve and support the CFO with HoF nomination, annual performance feedback and personal development. • Be responsible to support Siemens AG (HQ) to develop analytical procedures; Drive digitalization of accounting review tools and review process. (FinStAR tool) • Business Partner for Logistic coordination center (LCC) relevant topics at Siemens Ltd., China (SLC) • Implement the training concept and obtain feedback from accounting community on a regular basis. • Provide training on key accounting topics and consultation to finance community. • Implementation of the tasks defined by CF R NEA FAC based on the Global Activity Split. Act as change agent to drive operational excellence. • Lead / Provide support to the projects on new accounting standards implementation, Merge and Acquisition etc. Your defining qualities • 5+ years concrete professional knowledge in general accounting and finance, especially solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC GAAP accounting & reporting • Strong affinity to data; e.g. data generation and flow through ERP-systems. • Advanced analytical skills; ability to design analytical procedures for financial statements reviews. • Ability to prepare presentation for executive level. • SAP experience is preferred. • Working experience/ Big 4 experience is a plus. • Professional Membership of CICPA/CFA/ACCA is preferred. • Fluent in English
