CFS Compliance Manager (79552-2)
- Minimum five years of supervisory or management experience within CFS office and warehouse operations.

- Experience interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, customs authorities, shipping agents, and government agencies.

- Experience with trucking operations preferred.

- Proficient in WMS, ABI, ACE/AMS Software

- Ability to support office and warehouse operations when necessary.

- Excellent crisis management skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

- Proficient computer skills and professional communication etiquette.

- Availability to work extended hours as needed by customer/shipment.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsible for determining and following CFS, CBP and OGA/PGA requirements (licenses, certificates, etc.)

· Process all applicable Customs entries with CBP in a timely manner.

· Ensure all entries are properly filed for clearance and closure.

· Develop CFS / CBP protocols and ensure warehouse operations comply with regulations.

· Develop and implement training, safety, and compliance programs and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and recordkeeping (including but not limited to CBP, DOT, CARB) across all staff.

· Work with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of cargo in and out of the bonded warehouse.

· Conduct periodic compliance assessments and audits, and report results and recommendations for improvement.

· Train existing and new staff on bonded warehouse operations and requirements.

· Research software to handle day to day bonded warehouse operations.

· Train downline on software usage.

· Anticipate any construction requirement for bonded section of the warehouse.

· Maintain an inventory of bonded freight.

· Process invoices for bonded freight, ensure billing is being done correctly.
