Job Summary
The Concrete Forming Solutions Account Manager is responsible for the sale of Company products and services by developing and maintaining customer contacts within an assigned territory or area of responsibility.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer baseIdentify customer needs and solve problemsUnderstand and perform cost savings analysis for customersGenerates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customersTroubleshoots problems for customerQualify customers’ creditworthinessMonitors sales market in assigned regionPrepares various reports as requiredAccounts receivable managementMonth-end inventory participationPerforms other duties as requiredQualifications
Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related areaMinimum of one year of customer services experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applicationsPreferred manufacturing background, but not requiredPreferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product linesThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
