**Position Summary:**
Under the supervision of the Deputy Director for Behavioral Health provide overall oversight of the CFTSS program.
**Essential Duties:**********
* Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
* Lead, manage and directly supervise the program staff and administrative staff.
* Effectively manage client referral and enrollment systems, documentation, service provision and fiscal outcomes.
* Develop monthly revenue and productivity outcomes for direct service providers and supervisors.
* Working with Human Resources, recruit, hire, and ensure the high-quality training of all staff.
* Develop policies for staff training requirements and tracking system for recording trainings.
* Ensure program is fully compliant with all DOH, OCFS, Medicaid, OMIG, and organizational standards and policies.
* Work with program leadership across organization to ensure all eligible youth within Children’s Aid and in the communities we serve receive all services they are eligible for.
* Provide supervision, support and coverage to Service Provider Managers and Service Providers
* Oversees the review of all paperwork and ensures timely completion by Service Providers, including Progress Notes.
* Ensure team meets billing targets and billing is accurate and timely
* Oversees timely and accurate payroll for per-diem SPs
* Participate in the development and growth of program philosophy and practice
* Assume proficiency with program database and computer systems
* Collaborate with child welfare and other community agencies
* Perform other duties as assigned
** Minimum Qualifications:******
* LCSW / LMHC/ LMSW
* A minimum of three years in management in child welfare, social services or a related field.

* Ability to work independently
* Experience in program development, administration and staff supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational and communication skills.
* Compliance with all privacy laws including H.I.P.A.A.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
