About the Role As a CGI Production Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining CGI standards, supporting architectural staff, and ensuring the studio remains at the forefront of industry advancements. What You'll Do 1. CGI Strategy, Implementation & Maintenance: + Shape and maintain the vision for CGI excellence. + Research trends and evaluate the value of new capabilities like Twinmotion and Unreal. + Oversee CGI deliverables, ensuring consistency and efficiency. + Collaborate with teams to define and uphold CGI quality standards. 2. CGI Support & Training: + Manage material and component libraries. + Create and maintain procedural guides, training content, and "best of" collections. + Train staff on CGI systems and troubleshoot challenges. + Coordinate project reviews and maintain key studio resources (e.g., music, planting libraries). What You'll Bring Essential Skills & Criteria: + A relevant architectural qualification with 5+ years of architectural visualization experience. + Expert knowledge of Twinmotion and its interoperability with Autodesk Revit. + Proven ability to train and transfer skills effectively. + Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. + Leadership abilities with a results-driven and strategic focus. Advantageous Criteria: + In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine and Unreal Engine Blueprints. + Familiarity with international CGI trends and best practices.
