Job Title: Quality Control Inspector\n

FLSA Status: Non-exempt\n

Summary:\n

Inspect parts, products and\/or processes to insure conformance with standards. Inspects\n

materials or products using fixed or variable measuring instruments. Checks for irregularities\n

and defects. Compares product with parts list to ensure completion of assembly. Verifies\n

specified dimensions on product or material by performing the following duties.\n
\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nFollow-up on documented repairs throughout the production process.\nVerify all ship loose material is loaded per ship loose check sheet.\nCoordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve\n\n

problems related to product design, materials, specifications and\/or manufacturing\n

operations.\n\nEnsures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems within compliance of\n\n

company and\/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of\n

quality assurance within the facility.\n\nEnsures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines\n\n

established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.\n

Education and\/or Experience \n

High School degree or G.E.D. and one-year related experience and\/or training; or equivalent\n

combination of education and experience.\n
