Role Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an associate to join the Global Markets Core Operations Change team in the Chester campus, as we continue our commitment to build a Centre of Excellence. The team supports the Global Markets Core Operations teams who manage Commodity, OTC Derivatives and FX Confirmations and Settlements functions.
This is a chance to join a dynamic, influential team with a background of delivering high profile, value-add solutions to an exceptional standard. The role offers the opportunity for an associate to grow their understanding of the wider Global Markets Core Operations group and broaden their business partner network as they engage on a varied range of objectives that the team are exposed to. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop a wide range of technical and soft skills whilst raising your profile across multiple areas.
Responsibilities Include:
Applying an entrepreneurial & innovative mindset and setting the standard as a culture carrier for the organisationActively seeking new opportunities for change/improvements by analysing, challenging, and remediating processes, controls and behaviours relating to the FDCO Confirmations and Settlement processesDriving market-wide projects which have captured the focus of senior managementActively influencing changes in client behaviour leading to a reduction in risk and cost and increase in efficiencyProviding functional support to users across multiple asset classes, helping set best practices and reinforce process standardsWhat we are looking for:
