Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change and Training Manager in Charlotte, NC.
Overview:
The Change Project Manager works under the direction of the VP-People Change Enablement to assist in implementing and delivering Change programs for People Team strategic and key projects, which impact the organization. The role will provide Change Management support to the VP- People Change Enablement and the post holder will collaborate closely with stakeholders primarily within the People organization (People Leadership Team, People Business Partners and Centers of Expertise) and Corporate Communications.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leading on the execution of specific Change projects, as specified by the VP-People Change Enablement; Change activities will include conducting change impacts analysis and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, developing and executing Change Management plans and associated interventions, measurement adoption
* Leading/supporting the development of communications and training content in partnership with Centers of Expertise, Talent Development and Corporate Communications
* Developing Change project plans and managing the delivery timelines
* Leading project meetings and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules
* Helping identify and resolve issues in partnership with VP-People Change Enablement
