At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Data Analyst Associate you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Data Analyst Associate joining our team to work on a Global Enterprise Services program supporting IT Service Management (ITSM).
HOW A DATA ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Review, approve, and manage changes for all frameworks
● Monitor and report on the implementation of changes
● Ensure efficient and prompt handling of changes
● Ensure standardized methods, processes, and procedures are followed on all changes
● Ensure that approved changes are performed within the terms and conditions of the contract
● Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
● Coordinate with multiple teams to include high level briefings to client and GDIT senior leadership
● Once service is restored, root cause analysis is completed, to ensure similar outages do not re-occur
● This role requires high level, time sensitive, decision making, while supporting a high profile large Government client
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication
● Preferred Skills: Multitasking and collaboration skills
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required
