Responsibilities The Opportunity: PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions. Within the S&T organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence. The Change COE enables the S&T strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting PepsiCo’s “Big Bets.” The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent. To enable this purpose, we are looking for a Change Management Manager with change expertise and proven experienced supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project. This role will work with key stakeholders across programs, and focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities. Global Network Design (GND) E2E process transformation is a priority program at PepsiCo that focuses on supporting the development of the next generation network design capability tools to maximize PepsiCo’s service, efficiency and growth potential, enabling industry leading capability for all Global business units, Sectors, and ND Global Capability Centers, across the End-to-End Value Chain. The GND Change Management Manager will play a key role in the strategy enablement, culture transformation, and process and tool adoption of this new transformational capability across PepsiCo. The primary responsibility for this role will be formulating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to help embody the mindsets and behaviors needed for a successful rollout of the new global E2E process. The CM COE, Manager, for Global Network Design will execute all facets of organizational change. This includes assessing change readiness, engaging stakeholders, developing and executing communication and training strategies, creating and delivering training outline and content, identifying quick wins, crafting success and inspirational stories, promoting process and tool adoption, enabling new ways of working, and, if necessary, contributing to organizational design. This role will be reporting into the Strategy & Transformation - Transformation and Process Excellence Change Management COE Lead with a matrixed reporting relationship into the Transformation Director - GND Engagement Lead and is responsible to lead and coordinate a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders in sectors and cross-functionally (Supply Chain Planning, Finance, IT, and others). Your Impact: As Transf Sr Manager your functions would consist of • Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption. • Leads the change management for global functional teams including setting change strategy and managing change related project plans. • Role will manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization • Oversee the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop communications plans • Oversee the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop training plans • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization • Develop strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams • Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery • Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded • Drives, monitors and manages change workstream delivery – ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget • Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams. • Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the project. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred Experience Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint etc. If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
