Change Communications Manager, S&T

To deliver this ambitious agenda, S&T Communications are more critical than ever. To support the Strategy & Transformation organization, you role will own change communications for several critical transformation initiatives. You will work in close partnership with the Change Management CoE within S&T, the broader S&T communications team and sector/BU communications departments and will report to the Director for S&T Change Communications. This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our Purchase, NY, Plano, TX or Chicago, IL HQ locations. Responsibilities Work in partnership with pre-assigned teams leading change management for specific projects, integrated into the process, to lead Communications for said changes. Projects will be time-bound and will rotate based on S&T priorities. Help build a change management communications center of excellence, in partnership with Change Management Communications Director and broader S&T Change Management team. Liaise with other communications associates on how to best navigate change communications for their area of accountability and help support via CoE toolkits and expertise. Source and create content for existing S&T communications channels like newsletters, All Hands meetings, Town Halls, and more, ensuring associates understand the new organization and why it is critical to our company’s future success. Help educate the broader enterprise on the new S&T operating model to drive understanding of the model and foster confidence in PepsiCo’s future, working on a global and local scale within sectors. Help maintain a repository to hold central messaging on the Strategy & Transformation integrated function. Support the roll out of new digital platforms at PepsiCo to ensure a clear and cohesive narrative and take various employee audiences into account - from frontline to professional. Refresh and maintain the S&T portal as needed. Coordinate with key S&T locations to ensure communications efforts for broader PepsiCo and S&T initiatives are deployed in these markets. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (communications or relevant degree preferred). 6+ years of experience in communications, marketing or PR, preferably with CPG / functional communications. Strong experience with change management communications either in-house or at an agency. Preferred Qualifications: Skilled at creating effective messaging and content that drives opinion and motivates people to buy-in to change. Excellent judgment and ability to mitigate risk while bringing new thinking. Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to independently and resourcefully find answers, solve problems, and drive work forward. Able to learn complex subjects and distill them into simple, clear messages that resonate with employee audiences. Motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high cross-functional collaboration as well as make appropriate decisions independently. Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with professional presence around senior executives. Excitement about working for a newly integrated, large, complex function and building things from the ground up. Flexibility to adapt and shift course in a changing business environment. Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple geographies and time zones, culturally-sensitive to other working styles and backgrounds.
