Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

RapidScale is looking to hire a Change Control Manager to support the alignment and changes throughout the RapidScale org in conjunction with Cox Business/Cox Communications.

The Change Control Manager must work across the aisle and through many others in the organization to succeed. Acting as a coach for senior leaders and employees alike, this person helps leaders fulfill the critical role of change management sponsor. As our Change Control Manager you may support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams. Similarly, you will support project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with their project plan. You will be responsible for coordinating, auditing, gathering metrics and reporting on them for change requests across the organization. 

 

The primary goal of this role will be to maintain RapidScale’s change control process and coordinate with various teams throughout the organization to ensure changes are properly communicated and implemented. 

  

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: 

Leverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes. 

Support communication efforts: 

Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key internal and external communications. This will include Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and customer notices to make sure they adhere to best practices and defined standards.  

Assess the change impact: 

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. 

 

Support training efforts: 

Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change. 

 

Continuous improvement: 

Creating and utilizing metrics to make data driven decisions on the success of the change management process  

 

 Additional Responsibilities/Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related fieldComplete change management assessments Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance Consult and coach technical teams Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan Support and engage senior leaders Coach people managers and supervisors Coordinate efforts with other specialists Evaluate and ensure change readiness Manage stakeholders Audit, Track and report gaps and issues Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Support change management at the organizational level
