Change Coordinator 

     

Purpose:

The change coordinator is responsible for initiating, managing, and coordinating technical changes and project changes for Consumer Health products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring compliance with local regulations and Bayer SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and managing the approval processes. The Change Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring activities are closed on time to support Product Supply.

Key Tasks:

 

Change Coordination: Technical / Quality Manage and execute technical change control administrative tasks utilizing SYNAPS and/or other technology methodsChange Coordination: Project Management Initiate related Synaps tasks as required for PJRs/PCCOsCollaborate and communicate with internal and external partners to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concernsManaging multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery Conduct thorough reviews of requestions to identify and correct errors or inconsistenciesPartner with functional leads, within Product Supply, IT, and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) sites to make sure the project management, change management and related communication are consistent and smoothly managedProvide support of special projects as needed.

 

 

Qualification & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in business, Science or engineering or related discipline required 2+ years of experience in various areas of operations, or project managementThis position requires a hands-on experienced individual with a balance of technical, business, and leadership competenciesMulti-disciplined experience in operations and a significant level of independent thought and the ability to challenge existing strategies, processes, and execution elementsStrong teamwork, leading cross-functional teams/projects and influencing senior management experience requiredAbility to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasisDemonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organizationStrong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity and interpersonal skills are required.Englsh & Spanish: Advance
