Position Overview:
The Transformation Change Enablement Lead will be the primary point-of-contact for all change management, enablement and adoption activities related to the Transformation program, working closely with external transformation partner. They will be supported by the partners in owning the change methodology, applicable tools, and activities. This role focuses on understanding the changes to people, processes, and technology as part of the wider transformation and will require close collaboration with the senior management team to assess the impacts of change throughout program planning, delivery, and sustainment. They will oversee and support the process of documenting and addressing impacts to job roles and organizational structures, as they transition from current to future state, as well as support the creation of communication and training plans. Additionally, they are responsible for overseeing the training process to ensure effective transition to future state and ensuring the adoption of changes by integrating them into the HomeServe organizational culture.
Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning
Design, implement and maintain change management strategies and vision tailored to the specific needs of the program Conduct and support activities to assess the definition of key behaviors, impact of changes and identify impacted stakeholders Develop detailed training and communication plans in alignment to the change strategy, to enable the adoption of changes and continue to deliver benefits to the organization and throughout the transformation Identify areas of potential change resistance, risks and anticipated challenges to develop mitigation plans and supporting activities Provide input to status reporting as it relates to change impacts, change and adoption activities, metrics, and risks and issues as part of the Center of Excellence group
Stakeholder Management
Support the identification of impacted stakeholder groups and corresponding analysis to understand their level of influence and required engagement such as identification of change champions Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear and up-to-date communications and understanding of the change impacts throughout the program Engage with the key stakeholders to identify resource requirements and support required on the change initiatives Consult with the stakeholders to identify communication needs and gather relevant content for the various communications Collaborate with the transformation delivery workstreams (pods) and respective business and technical leadership team members to align on change management activities and benefit capture Anticipate and address resistance to change by implementing strategies to mitigate concerns and increase buy-in and adoption

Conduct assessments to determine the organization’s readiness and capacity for change Create and execute communication plans to convey the change vision and to build awareness of the program across the organization Support the development of consistent and effective branding and internal marketing efforts for the program
Training & Development
Assess training needs related to the change and coordinate with training teams to develop effective training curriculums and programs Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of training as appropriate to support the transformation program Collaborate with other program teams in the needs assessment, design, development, and delivery of required training Manage the training delivery plan, including resources, schedule, and budget

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent. 7-10 years of Change Management or equivalent experience, ideally leading business facing teams at a senior level Certification in a recognized Change Management Program (e.g. PROSCI) is an asset
Required Skills
High organizational understanding and prior experiences with internal change management activities, methodology, and leading practices for complex change initiatives Ability to manage a team and build productive and collaborative relationships with team members while proactively providing guidance, clarification and feedback Ability to work with executives and senior leadership to develop and execute change management priorities and direction Demonstrated leadership skills in leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget Experience developing training plans, materials and executing training models Experience training and mentoring others Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range: $98,683.60 - $131,578.13
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
