Change & Enablement Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Change & Enablement Manager to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The Change & Enablement Manager will be joining an agile Global HR Operations team and will be responsible for the development and end-to-end delivery of an integrated enablement strategy to support the firms current Workday implementation, projects within Global HR Operations, and any changes within the HR operating model. The Change & Enablement Manager is expected to have 5-7 years of change management and communications experience within an enterprise-level organization. This role requires the individual to have prior experience developing and implementing change management strategies while also managing logistics and administration for the execution of programs. Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following:  Collaborate with executives, product owners, and end users across the company.  Create approach to receive feedback and data regarding the effectiveness of the teams enablement activities; create training materials and conduct training sessions.  Manage general logistics and administration for the execution of targeted programs, including driving the content to support discussions, bringing in the right expertise, and ensuring on time delivery.  Analyze data and metrics relating to the effectiveness and communication of change initiatives. This position will be a 7-month contract that can sit fully remote within the U.S. (must currently sit in EST time zone). Pay rate ranges from - $35/hr-$60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.
