Change Enablement Manager
Description Our B2B Tech client is looking for a Change Enablement Manager to join their team 40hr/wk, hybrid in Pleasanton, California. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders within the marketing industry, focusing on encouraging a culture of adaptability and operational efficiency. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires expertise in areas such as documentation, marketing, training, and operations. Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing change management strategies that enhance adoption of new marketing processes and operational frameworks. • Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on change initiatives and develop comprehensive enablement plans. • Evaluating the organization's readiness for change, identifying potential risks, and providing proactive mitigation plans. • Creating and implementing tailored training programs that cater to various learning styles and business needs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new ways of working. • Partnering with experts to validate training and documentation content, ensuring accuracy and relevance. • Constructing engaging training materials, inclusive of manuals, videos, interactive content, and e-learning modules. • Conducting live and virtual training sessions to support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and operational models. • Producing clear, detailed, and accessible documentation for processes, policies, and best practices, while maintaining a centralized and up-to-date knowledge base. • Monitoring adoption and engagement metrics, gathering feedback, and refining training and change enablement efforts to drive ongoing optimization. Requirements • Proven experience in Documentation, with the ability to create, maintain and manage documents related to change management. • Proficiency in Marketing, ideally with experience in promoting change initiatives internally within an organization. • Training skills to educate staff about new changes and how to adapt to them. • Operational expertise, particularly in managing day-to-day change-related activities. • Planning and Policy development skills, with the ability to design and implement effective change management strategies. • Experience in Planning Processes, with a focus on developing clear, effective plans for change implementation. • Strong Design skills, particularly in creating engaging, user-friendly materials to support change initiatives. • Solid Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee change initiatives from inception to completion. • Finance skills, including budgeting for change management initiatives. • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, with the ability to guide teams through periods of change. • Experience in Implementation, particularly of change management strategies and initiatives. • Familiarity with best Practices in change management. • Proficiency in Metric Reporting, with the ability to track and report on the success of change initiatives. • Excellent Communication Skills, particularly in relation to conveying change-related information. • Experience in Optimization, particularly in relation to improving change management processes. • Ability to work with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Knowledge of Best Practices in change management. • Familiarity with various Change Management methodologies and frameworks. • Video Production skills, particularly in creating engaging content to support change initiatives. • Experience in managing Daily Operations related to change management. • Risk Mitigation skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues related to change. • Experience in creating Interactive materials to support change initiatives.
