**The Opportunity**
The Change Enablement Partner in the HR Strategy & Enablement CoE, works directly with an assigned Centre of Excellence (CoE) to lead change management efforts across projects, initiatives, process and or policy deployments. Responsible for developing the enablement and communication content on behalf of CoEs (aligned to their strategy) ensuring the employee experience remains at the forefront of the design and go-to-market approaches.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Partner and collaborate with with assigned CoEs to understand their strategies and lead change management efforts across various projects, initiatives, processes and policy deployments
+ Create and develop enablement and communication content in alignment with CoEs’ strategies, ensuring that the employee experience is prioritized in the design and implementation of change initiatives
+ Provide leadership in change management efforts, guiding stakeholders through the change process and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or policies
+ Engage with key stakeholders across the Account Management Team to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment
+ Develop and implement change strategies (in alignment with the HR change management framework) to enable and support assigned work activities
+ Keep the employee experience at the forefront of all change management activities, ensuring that changes are designed to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and overall experiences
+ Develop communication plans and execute communication activities to effectively convey change messages and updates to employees, managers and other stakeholders
+ Collaborate with CoEs to develop required training programs and materials to support employees in adapting to change and acquiring new skills or knowledge
+ Monitor the impact of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes
+ Collaborate with Process Innovation Team to customer-test new processes and ensure smooth implementation through training and education change enablement interventions
+ Drive continuous improvement in change management processes and approaches, learning from feedback and best practices to enhance future change initiatives
**What You’ll Need**
+ Proven experience and understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices
+ Ability to think strategically whilst being a connector of dots who has the ability to proactively make connections and importantly has the ability to explain the connections in an engaging and simple way
+ Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives - driving their accountability
+ Strong collaborative skills to work effectively as OneTeam across the HR Account Management Team, CoEs and the broader HR Community to drive successful change initiatives
+ Deep understanding of the employee experience and ability identify the prioritization of initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
+ Proficiency in project management capabilities with the ability to effectively plan, execute and monitor change initiatives
+ Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts, monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change strategies
+ Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with employees, engage stakeholders through storytelling techniques
+ For the communications-focused roles: Ability to write clear and concise messaging that is presented in an engaging format and easy-to-digest for stakeholder groups
