Role Description:
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team of 8. We manage funded projects for new products and regulatory change, as well as operational excellence initiatives. We manage all projects by thoroughly scoping (including materiality assessments), and providing data and analysis, before managing the end-to-end implementation of the change including communication and operational readiness activities. We aim to simplify our processes and to continue to build efficiency into the business, benefiting both our clients & associates.
This role will be focused on the creation, coordination and execution of communications for project related changes in the EMEA region to all relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You will coordinate and support all communications associated with project related change in region.You will support the regional delivery of Service Strategy (such as Digital Assist).You will fully support the Digital Transformation program; ongoing regional delivery of Onboard Assist & Authority Management.You will have full visibility / communication regarding the long-term road map for all Digital Transformation opportunities.You will single waterfall for the regional GTMO organization tracking all benefits associated with Client and Process Excellence opportunities. Focus on quantification and measuring client and process enhancements.You will provide governance of Operational Excellence routines and communications.You will create a single view and reporting mechanism for Client and Process Excellence for publication within GTMO and to partners.You will ensure coverage across the extended organization to have a holistic regional view of Operational Excellence.You will coordinate regional Operational Excellence opportunities; connecting into the global team to ensure a single view of change is visible at the GTMO Executive level.You will oversee ongoing maintenance of a robust pipeline and ongoing process to capture Operational Excellence opportunities; GTMO Idea generator, metric triggers, client verbatim & employee identified opportunities.You will coordinate across the regional GTMO Management team to ensure full participation across all Operational Excellence needs.What we are looking for:
