Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Change Management Consultant - Business Transformation (BT) Initiatives in CONUS - Silver Spring, MD (Plus Work Remotely) to support engagement for an agency of the US Federal Govt. that regulates clinical investigations of products under its jurisdiction, such as drugs, biological products, and medical devices. 

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to Business Transformation (BT) Support Services for initiatives aimed to align People, Process and Technology of the agency's financial community to be more closely linked with the strategy and vision for protecting the public health of the nation. Key objectives are to integrate and maintain financial management activities, business processes, and customer service using project management, administration, and change management techniques.

Change Management Consultant - Business Transformation (BT) Initiatives Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Change Management Initiatives.  This position Provides change-and-transition management to facilitate ongoing strategic organizational changes within the  Fed. Govt. Agency, as related to the Agency’s business management functions.

Key project workstreams align with BPA Statement Of Work Workstreams: 3.3 - Change Management.  The Change Management Consultant shall assist the Fed. Govt. Agency with innovative change management procedures, tools, and techniques to create and sustain a culture of high-performance.

The Change Management Consultant shall incorporate organizational tools that can be used to help individuals make successful personal transitions (e.g., the William Bridges Model, the Kurt Lewin Model, etc.) resulting in the adoption and realization of change, controlling change, and effecting change. Representative activities may include but are not limited to:

Apply a systematic, proactive approach to help individuals impacted to be successful by building support, addressing resistance, and developing the required knowledge and ability to implement the change.Provide a proactive, systematic, leadership-driven approach to identifying and dealing with risks associated with major organizational, operational, and leadership changes.Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and providing leadership coaching related to change implementation.Conduct stakeholder gap analyses (e.g., leadership alignment, declining job performance, lower employee morale, and engagement) and develop mitigation strategies.Combine quantitative and qualitative data to identify the parameters for special initiatives.Drive key stakeholder engagement initiatives that encourage collaboration between the Offices, provide opportunities for stakeholders to meaningfully engage with each other and with leadership, recognize achievement, and enhance the "One the Fed. Govt. Agency" culture of the organization.

Qualifications

The Change Management Consultant - Business Transformation (BT) Initiatives shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. 

Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

The Change Management Consultant shall be classified under the Labor Categories and Experience of a Federal Change Management Analyst  with professional qualifications that include A minimum of 4 years of experience working on change management activities. Change Management Analyst holds a bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience) and will provide a combination of the following:

Responsible for analyzing the impact of changes to systems and business processesCollaborates heavily across the organization footprint to support enterprise-wide stakeholders at all levels of the organization, develops and follows a structured approach to change management.Able to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior leadership on matters of a technical and/or complex nature.Advanced knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics. Strong technology acumen with the ability to determine the impacts of systems change requests, enhancements, etc. on business processes.Organization Development and/or Coaching Certification or Equivalent Experience.Change-and-Transition Management Certification or Equivalent Experience.Strong Writing and Verbal Communications Skills.

This work will be performed primarily in CONUS - Silver Spring, MD (Plus Work Remotely)

TRAVEL:  Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
