Job Posting TitleChange Management Consultant Sr Prin - REMOTEJob DescriptionThe Change Management Consultant Sr Principal is responsible for leading a team of change consultants to develop the strategic framework and execution of change management initiatives across the enterprise with a focus on outcomes and culture impact. This role is seen as a Subject Matter Expert in change, leading the development and maturation of a change framework inclusive of tools and training resources. The Senior Principal will be a key influencer at the executive level, ensuring alignment between change initiatives and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of enterprise change initiatives; design strategy, manage communications, measure impacts, and use data-driven insights to adjust plans; solve complex problems by leveraging cross-functional expertise and innovative solutionsLead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive change management framework and strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term goals; utilize data analytics and industry methodologies to inform decisions, anticipate business challenges, and proactively develop solutionsLead and manage project teams, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and timely delivery of change initiatives; foster a high-performance team environment and provide mentorship to team members to support their professional growthManage staffing, performance and development of a team of change management consultantsGuide the design of training programs and resources, and establish a community of practice to equip employees and leaders with the skills necessary to navigate change effectively. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance their capabilitiesEstablish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the impact of change initiatives on organizational performance and culture; regularly report findings to senior leadership and make strategic recommendationsBuild and mature the organization’s change culture by activating, guiding, and developing identified leaders of changeOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience10 years of work experience in Human Resources including 5 years of experience in Change ManagementMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications
Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partnersCertified in PROSCI change management strategies and toolsStrong facilitation and presentation skills, demonstrating presence and maintaining engagementProven ability to conduct needs assessment, consult and influence change at various levels within the organizationStrong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks effectivelyExcellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive decisions and actionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications
Previous work experience outside of Human Resources (Sales, Manufacturing, etc.)Master’s degree or equivalent in management, human resources, change management, organizational development, or related area of studyPrevious experience and expertise in Organizational EffectivenessExperience in professional consulting services preferredPhysical Demands
