Change Management Lead
As the Change Management Lead you will manage people and process change for our Automotive Refinish organization tied to commercial excellence projects.  The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for the sales and service organization through targeted tool and process changes including investments. Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Excellence Director you will plan and accomplish change leadership services to mobilize people, visions, and processes. You will manage communications, channel management, partner strategy, content curation, training and overall messaging understanding related to a global tool implementation of sales analytics.  You will then expand to other global tool implementations when this project stabilizes. 

Key Responsibilities

Plan and accomplish change leadership services to mobilize people, visions, and processes.

Manage communications, channel management, partner strategy, content curation, training, and overall messaging understanding related to a global tool implementation of sales analytics.

Lead change management plans for implementing global tools, expanding to other global tool implementations as projects stabilize.

Communicate, collaborate, and partner with business project sponsors and teams to align change, communication, and training strategies. Engage business leaders across departments to design and coordinate change delivery.

Employ a structured change management methodology tailored to the enterprise and program in Global Refinish. Prepare for change by assessing the magnitude of change and our change readiness.

Conduct investigations to identify partners impacted by the change and determine the appropriate timing of the change. Identify potential challenges for partners, such as skills gaps, doubts, and uncertainties, to foster a positive acceptance of change.

Develop change management plans (training) to accommodate the needs of different partner groups. Provide leadership for change agents and change advocates by involving trusted informal leaders to create employee understanding and influence successful change.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of change management, commercial excellence, or communications experience.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills essential for working with partners to manage successful project outcomes.

Experience with change management methodologies, approaches, and tools.

Working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.

Work with and through others as a team player.

Have leadership capabilities and a desire to foster the development of junior team members.
